Redefining Relationships

Most of the millennials today especially those who are aged 25+ are experiencing a pressure of settling down and other associated activities. Aren't we?
The very solution to this issue starts with an introspection. Ask yourself whether you actually want the same. If the answer is yes, then figure out with whom you are getting married at which location and most importantly when? You should have a clarity.
Other aspect pertaining here is "Stick back to your basics". Rediscover your childhood. Reimagine that phase. You are grinning, right?

Have you ever tried to figure out why it was the best phase of your life? We were curious, energetic, eager and above all true and genuine. We didn't had any money 💵💰 in our pockets.2 bucks was kind of a treasure, No? But what's important is we were happy! We laughed our hearts out!

What is to be observed here is "We don't need money to be happy. This fact holds true irrespective of the age group you are in, your location n all. This money is important to feed you. Don't portrait it as source of happiness.

For an instance, if I may ask you what's more relevant:8-digit salary or your breath? Breath, right? This is where we are misleading ourselves. Plan your goals based on reality and truth, not on false assumptions. Explore "Who I am?".

In relationship, don't stick to it. Don't grab it with firm hands. Let it be free. The fact of the matter is everyone will start loving you ever once you let them be free. Love starts from there only. Visualise relationship, past and possession as a part of life. There are millions of other things to integrate as well.

Explore about what's life. Focus on the journey called life.
Live life.laugh.love.Repeat!

  5. According to me one should not commit to anyone unless they are capable enough to take it to the future i.e in all respects financially as well as emotionally. Because its the decision which both have to make for a better future and not a dark one.

Anubhav Dubey | Chai Sutta Bar

Started with a minimal capital of 3 lakhs, Chai Sutta Bar  (CSB as we say) has a turnover of more than 100 crores. It has 400 franchise outlets spread across India and abroad including Dubai, Muscat and Nepal. Welcome to ShekharArena! Today we will let you know about Chai Sutta Bar and elements of business that have helped them achieve this feat. Till today, Chai Sutta Bar is a bootstrapped business. Bootstrapped means they haven't taken any loans or external investments to fund their business. Product Range: Initially they kept adding new products to the inventory and made it to 200 products. This is a common mistake that most early age investors do. Menu design should focus on how we can maximize no of products with less raw materials, less resources and same SOP with little modifications. They learnt it the hard way and now they serve only 21 products. Initial Team: The initial team structure should align with your vision. Not only the team should give 200% efforts plus can prov...

Bihar and the Education System | Bihar mein bahar h

He was completely demoralized, analysing where did he go wrong. Was his preparation not apt enough to crack the interview? Didn't he had the technical knowledge, the profile required- all this was whirling in his head, while he sat in disguise with a cup of tea. Welcome back to Shekhar Arena!  Hope you are doing fine. Today, I will tell you a story- a story of our friends, students and the teachers! There is this friend of mine who was attending an Off-Campus placement drive of a reputed MNC. He did his graduation in computer applications from a renowned institute of Bihar. 6 out of 49 students cleared the aptitude test. There he met another guy about whom he said later that guy was technically sound than him. This guy did his graduation from same renowned institute, located in another city of our state. The technical round was a WhatsApp video interview and the interviewer asked scenario based questions. He was dumbstruck, didn't understand the questions well-answers of...

Adheen-The Dependent | Not a Movie Review

"Ice, that is brittle can be shattered, while water flows and adapts" . This means 'टूटता कठोर है ,कोमल नहीं'. Have you ever thought why most of our parents want us to guide throughout our childhood and teenage till the time we stand on our feet? Think about this and let  me know in comments. Vacations and Parents I think dependency is a relative term, you may be dependent on someone in one context, independent in other. To all the people living away from their homes, please respond on these two questions? 1. When was the last time you visited your home? Here, home means the place where your parents live. 2. If you visited in last 6 months, did you sit still with them and talked about how life is going, what problems are they facing, are there any health issues or anything else without peeping in your phone? You think they are fine, but wait they are not. Adheen, a short film directed by Yash Verma talks about these intricacies. Rajendra(Sanjay Mishra) fre...
