Learnings from the Lockdown | ShekharArena

In the next years to come, we might see all the modern industries such as content, IT consulting and Digital space working remote. Remote Work is the Future.

Welcome back to ShekharArena!

Today let's talk about some of the learnings from the lockdown.

We will just need a laptop with a good internet connection and we can sit at home and work for the office. The only essential is to learn the aspects of remote work-Task lists, strong leadership, focus on efficiency and not time-based work.

Slow Down. Calm down. Sit idly on your couche. Believe me all your internal battles, lack of confidence will be sorted. This is the best thing to do at the moment.

Reduced Sleep Quota. Our sleep hygiene is more important than the no of hours we sleep. I have realised that 6 hrs of sleep is more than enough. Just eat fresh food, do some weight training or, just some household chores. That's a regular excercise!

Improved Relationships. This is the time when we can sit freely at home and talk to our parents and improve the bonds that we share. Sit down calmly, talk to people. This lockdown made me realize the value of human connections and healthy relationships.

Create during Quarantine.May sound weird but this is the best time to start something new or restart a hobby that you ended up. I have restarted blogging, one of my friends started to read novels and write reviews.

Do let us know what have you started or, reinnovated during this quarantine. Also, let us know your quarantine experiences!

Till then, Keep hustling!

  8. Before Corona, I have always thought why people are spending so much money on their weddings.. Instead, they can help someone.. But it's their choice.. Because of the Covid protocol, we can see many marriages are happening with less people, less money spent..

Anubhav Dubey | Chai Sutta Bar

Started with a minimal capital of 3 lakhs, Chai Sutta Bar  (CSB as we say) has a turnover of more than 100 crores. It has 400 franchise outlets spread across India and abroad including Dubai, Muscat and Nepal. Welcome to ShekharArena! Today we will let you know about Chai Sutta Bar and elements of business that have helped them achieve this feat. Till today, Chai Sutta Bar is a bootstrapped business. Bootstrapped means they haven't taken any loans or external investments to fund their business. Product Range: Initially they kept adding new products to the inventory and made it to 200 products. This is a common mistake that most early age investors do. Menu design should focus on how we can maximize no of products with less raw materials, less resources and same SOP with little modifications. They learnt it the hard way and now they serve only 21 products. Initial Team: The initial team structure should align with your vision. Not only the team should give 200% efforts plus can prov...

Irrfan Khan | Redefining Versatility

In 1988, people might not have noticed a lean  and thin actor playing a small role in Meera Nair's Salaam Bombay. Who knew this actor would redefine versatile acting in Indian cinema. From establishing himself as one of the finest actors of Indian cinema to playing crucial roles in Hollywood movies like Life of Pi, The Namesake, Slumdog Millionaire, The mighty heart and the amazing spiderman. His ability of acting from eyes, subtle art of dialogue delivery, playing romantic roles to playing a dacait of beehad in Paan Singh Tomar-This combination is rare. Very rare. Born in Jaipur, his childhood was spent in a small village 'tonk'. From childhood itself, he was inclined towards acting especially seeing Naseerudin Shah's movies.
