A letter to Jersey No. 7 | The Captain Cool!

Dear Maahi,

A very Happy Birthday! Hope you are doing fine.
'Dhoni finishes off in style, a magnificent strike into the crowd. India lifts the World Cup after 28 years. The party starts in the dressing room and it's an indian captain who's been absolutely magnificent in the night of the final'. I can feel this entire comment, it's  not a comment any more. This is a letter from a not so typical cricket lover to a living legend.

I want to let you know three of the many things I have learnt from you.
1. There is always more time than you think. I personally believe statistics tell it all. You have been not out 50 times in ODI, out of these 50 ocassions-India won 47 matches. You have always lived this lesson.

2. Don't think of what'll happen in next 20/30 years. Plan about what are we going to do tomorrow or, a day after. You have always exhibited the subtle art of doing more and expecting less. I believe this  is a solution to multiple issues of our generation.

3. You represent sacraments of what we call the real India. I was listening to a story by Akash Chopra where he shared a room with you. When he asked you about what you will eat in dinner and when you sleep, you replied-
Whatever you will order, I will eat.
Whenever you will switch off the lights, I will sleep.

This is what you will be known for generations ahead. I can count down here- A captain who won all the trophies for India, the best average in successful ODI chases, most number of stumpings in the world, the best finisher and a lot more but this genuine and simple gesture of yours sets you apart from others. You are a legend for a reason.

Want to let you know a thousand things more but the most important of them all is "We want the king back on the field. We don't care if you are playing in an IPL match in the yellow jersey or, heading the Indian team in blue we just want to experience your legacy, your expertise, the patience and Our Indian Captain!".

Thank you for everything, legend!

Yours Fan,
Every other Indian Kid who started watching cricket because of MS Dhoni.

Anubhav Dubey | Chai Sutta Bar

Started with a minimal capital of 3 lakhs, Chai Sutta Bar  (CSB as we say) has a turnover of more than 100 crores. It has 400 franchise outlets spread across India and abroad including Dubai, Muscat and Nepal. Welcome to ShekharArena! Today we will let you know about Chai Sutta Bar and elements of business that have helped them achieve this feat. Till today, Chai Sutta Bar is a bootstrapped business. Bootstrapped means they haven't taken any loans or external investments to fund their business. Product Range: Initially they kept adding new products to the inventory and made it to 200 products. This is a common mistake that most early age investors do. Menu design should focus on how we can maximize no of products with less raw materials, less resources and same SOP with little modifications. They learnt it the hard way and now they serve only 21 products. Initial Team: The initial team structure should align with your vision. Not only the team should give 200% efforts plus can prov...

Bihar and the Education System | Bihar mein bahar h

He was completely demoralized, analysing where did he go wrong. Was his preparation not apt enough to crack the interview? Didn't he had the technical knowledge, the profile required- all this was whirling in his head, while he sat in disguise with a cup of tea. Welcome back to Shekhar Arena!  Hope you are doing fine. Today, I will tell you a story- a story of our friends, students and the teachers! There is this friend of mine who was attending an Off-Campus placement drive of a reputed MNC. He did his graduation in computer applications from a renowned institute of Bihar. 6 out of 49 students cleared the aptitude test. There he met another guy about whom he said later that guy was technically sound than him. This guy did his graduation from same renowned institute, located in another city of our state. The technical round was a WhatsApp video interview and the interviewer asked scenario based questions. He was dumbstruck, didn't understand the questions well-answers of...

From begging on stations at the age of 20 to becoming the mother of more than thousand orphans, how did Sindhutai Sapkal became mother of so much kids. She saw life at the worst and then decided to help others for whom no one is there to help. Welcome back to Shekhar Arena! Today we will let you know about a person who all of us should know for the noble cause she did to the society without asking anything in return. Today we will talk about MAI- that's what her kids and people who knew her called out of love and affection.  At the age of 20, she was sitting, crying at a station and had a 10-day baby with her. She saw another beggar crying in loneliness and disgrace. The person wanted to have some water before death. She went to the beggar, offered him roti so that he can have food and water before he dies. Fortunately the beggar didn't die nor did Sindhutai. She started "Sanmati Baal Niketan" for orphans and beggars. In today's world where everyone is thriving b...
