In the last blog, we saw a candidate struggling with his interview just because he was a bit less confident in speaking and understanding english. He always knew what he was supposed to say, but he wasn't able to speak well. English is not associated with intelligence  Yes, you heard it right. This mentality needs to be declined soon. Just because someone is not confident enough to speak a language publicly does not mean he is worthless, or any lesser intelligent than someone who does. People in Germany speak german, in Japan they speak Japanese but Indians speak english, no? Why? Why are we ashamed to speak our native/regional languages? We have a diverse culture of languages.
