Beyond the Impossible

Did you observe there is a significant gap between our expectations and reality? You planned to study 8 hrs a day and by the end of the day,you were able to study for only 4 hrs that too with a lot of distractions. Have you ever tried to figure out the reason. Actually we just think of something and start acting,no? The correct approach should be creating a stable and unshakeable mindset first.

Welcome back to Shekhararena. Today we will be taking about the first step that is a stable mindset in order to achieve anything you desire to. It's obvious that big goals require bigger actions but we need to have one pointed focus with zero distractions also.

Another aspect of the mindset is when you have the one pointed focus on a goal and unfortunately you are not able to achieve that goal, the situation can be disastrous. People usually lose confidence in themselves, and their capabilities and in some cases they are even depressed. Thus we need to create a focussed mindset and an approach to get back to the normal after the event is over.

If you have observed the medals 🏅 table of Olympics. You will always find China in topmost countries. The reason for this is kids in China are trained in a particular sport from the mere age of 4-5 years and when they have the mindset nothing can distract them when they are playing. The fact of the matter is the end goal should never be based on money💰. Do something creative, something new and interesting , be innovative and focus on doing or creating something that has never been done before. That's what is doing something impossible means, right?

Now,you might be guessing how to create the mindset. Consider the situation of your exam preparations. If you are a last day champion, then you might have observed that you can study a significant part of the syllabus in a day or, two. By the way I am not supporting this mode of study anyways. The point here is  you are clear in your mind that you just have 2 days and hence you try to optimise the time. The same way, at very first fill your mind with information about the work/goal you are going to do. Don't think on anything else, forget the world. Actually thoughts act on the basis of information only. So this way you will always think about the goal and work on constituent actions. Ask yourself what percentage of the information you have in your mind is related to your goals? 10% or even lesser, right? Work on this aspect of your mindset.

Also there are things that can help you create the mindset. Examples are listening to some sort of music that inspires you, reading books, journals and novels related to your goals, observing people that have achieved what you are aspiring to.

That's all for the day. It was about conquering the first aspect of mind - a stable mindset. In the upcoming blogs I will be talking about Clarity of mind and mind mapping.

Till then take care. Live, laugh and love❣️.

Adheen-The Dependent | Not a Movie Review

"Ice, that is brittle can be shattered, while water flows and adapts" . This means 'टूटता कठोर है ,कोमल नहीं'. Have you ever thought why most of our parents want us to guide throughout our childhood and teenage till the time we stand on our feet? Think about this and let  me know in comments. Vacations and Parents I think dependency is a relative term, you may be dependent on someone in one context, independent in other. To all the people living away from their homes, please respond on these two questions? 1. When was the last time you visited your home? Here, home means the place where your parents live. 2. If you visited in last 6 months, did you sit still with them and talked about how life is going, what problems are they facing, are there any health issues or anything else without peeping in your phone? You think they are fine, but wait they are not. Adheen, a short film directed by Yash Verma talks about these intricacies. Rajendra(Sanjay Mishra) fre...

Solitude and Loneliness

Don't you think the root cause of most of our problems is the underlying loneliness that most of us experience in our daily lives today. Let's analyse what is the reason behind and derive some practical solution to this. Basically there are two situations i.e, loneliness and Solitude. In loneliness, you are alone and worried about having no one by your side while solitude is experiencing a whole new world when you are alone. You experience happiness when you are alone. You don't need a second person to be happy. The root cause of our emptiness is that our foundation for living is based on lies. We are stuck in the loop of lie spread by ourselves only and continue exhibiting dual personality. Actually we try to complete our emptiness through other things, actions and relationships (people)- don't we? As a consequence, we become more dependable on those things, actions or people. This dependency could be at physical, psychological, financial or even at mental level....

Bihar and the Education System | Bihar mein bahar h

He was completely demoralized, analysing where did he go wrong. Was his preparation not apt enough to crack the interview? Didn't he had the technical knowledge, the profile required- all this was whirling in his head, while he sat in disguise with a cup of tea. Welcome back to Shekhar Arena!  Hope you are doing fine. Today, I will tell you a story- a story of our friends, students and the teachers! There is this friend of mine who was attending an Off-Campus placement drive of a reputed MNC. He did his graduation in computer applications from a renowned institute of Bihar. 6 out of 49 students cleared the aptitude test. There he met another guy about whom he said later that guy was technically sound than him. This guy did his graduation from same renowned institute, located in another city of our state. The technical round was a WhatsApp video interview and the interviewer asked scenario based questions. He was dumbstruck, didn't understand the questions well-answers of...
