Conquer the journey called Life!

Are you always eager to meet and talk with new people but hesitate to do so? If yes, then you are at the right place today. In today's world, people hesitate to converse with new people especially people of the opposite sex.
Welcome back readers!❣️

In this blog,we will be discussing deep on why do we feel shy and what can we do to overcome this shyness?

Before we start , I want to clarify the difference between being shy and an introvert. People are usually confused between the two. Shyness is basically when you want to meet and greet new people but hesitate to converse while an introvert is not all interested in any conversation, they are happy with themselves.

If you have observed minutely, you are not shy everywhere. You are comfortable conversing with your parents, peers and acquaintances. In some particular situations you feel shy,No? Now let's derive some root causes of Shyness?
The first one is false assumptions. We all have certain assumptions about ourselves in our stories- I am dark, fat, lean, blah blah blah. Don't we? Here we go wrong. We need to know that whatever we are , we are just perfect-first step towards being confident.
The second one is Fear especially fear of rejection. Think about the later part of the story. What if you are rejected - you will learn an approach that you can't use to interact with someone, right?

The third and most obvious reason is the environment around us. Actually we tend to copy our relatives and people around us. That's where the role of parents comes into action. Consider a mere example where you and your sister are compared just because she is performing better in studies than you. You may feel inferior and that's why you hesitate to converse with new people due to inferiority complex.

Now let's think of some probable solutions. Always start a conversation with a  genuine appreciation. The problem is that we don't  compliment people neither we get compliments.
The other approach should be accept rejections and learn some value from them. Consider the case of a singer that takes part in public events - he/she must oversee the fear of being rejected or insulted to perform to his/her full potential.

Third and most important solution is don't react on small things. Preserve your energy for productive cause.

Consider another example of starting a talk with girls - We fear about the rejection or being ignored. The best approach should be talk with them gently and respect them genuinely.

That's all for the day. Take care .

Comment out what do you think and your personal experiences also.

  2. Being introvert and being shy are two different things. Sometimes people confuse themselves by thinking that he or she is an introvert. A person has to understand that being shy or being conservative doesn't mean that he or she is introvert. Some people doesnt want to open up in a social situation just because they don't wanna open up to those who doesn't understand him but love to open up in front of those people whom they feel worthy to share their views, ideas or feeling. Sometimes having a false assumption of being an introvert will lead u to create a false image of yourself that u are not made for a social situation and that will feel you low in front of others which is not good for your mental health and for your life. One have to recognize themselves that who you are in real and that will be done by studying your own actions and reaction. And remove all those obstacles which make you feel low. Start studying yourself and give sometime to enhance your personality.

    1. Nice scripted, however i think one should accept the kind of person he or she is. To know yourself is the primary thing, introspect and just behave like you are. Be natural and not act, then people around you Will respect you and your feelings.

Solitude and Loneliness

Don't you think the root cause of most of our problems is the underlying loneliness that most of us experience in our daily lives today. Let's analyse what is the reason behind and derive some practical solution to this. Basically there are two situations i.e, loneliness and Solitude. In loneliness, you are alone and worried about having no one by your side while solitude is experiencing a whole new world when you are alone. You experience happiness when you are alone. You don't need a second person to be happy. The root cause of our emptiness is that our foundation for living is based on lies. We are stuck in the loop of lie spread by ourselves only and continue exhibiting dual personality. Actually we try to complete our emptiness through other things, actions and relationships (people)- don't we? As a consequence, we become more dependable on those things, actions or people. This dependency could be at physical, psychological, financial or even at mental level....

A letter to Jersey No. 7 | The Captain Cool!

Dear Maahi, A very Happy Birthday! Hope you are doing fine. 'Dhoni finishes off in style, a magnificent strike into the crowd. India lifts the World Cup after 28 years. The party starts in the dressing room and it's an indian captain who's been absolutely magnificent in the night of the final'. I can feel this entire comment, it's  not a comment any more. This is a letter from a not so typical cricket lover to a living legend. I want to let you know three of the many things I have learnt from you. 1. There is always more time than you think.  I personally believe statistics tell it all. You have been not out 50 times in ODI, out of these 50 ocassions-India won 47 matches. You have always lived this lesson. 2. Don't think of what'll happen in next 20/30 years. Plan about what are we going to do tomorrow or, a day after. You have always exhibited the subtle art of doing more and expecting less. I believe this  is a solution to multiple issues of our...
